Lounge/Diner: stripped wood floors, wide screen TV/Video/DVD, deep sofas from which to admire that stunning view!, dining table/chairs; stairs to mezzanine floor, CD player, comfortable seating with additional sliding glazed door leading to secondary raised decking area. Kitchen: New fitted units with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave. Hall leading from lounge to Bedroom One: Super King Size bed currently split into twins (super king linen available) sea views. Bathroom: Bath, large shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom Two: Super King Size bed, en suite shower room with WC, basin and that stunning view! Outside: Decking area with quality garden furniture, communal gardens. Private parking for two cars. Shops, pub, restaurants and beaches are a short stroll down the hill.
Please note: Guests are kindly asked to refrain from smoking inside the property and unfortunately, pets are not accepted.
Due to the location of this property and the steep access steps, it is not suitable for the elderly, or those suffering with mobility problems. Young children must be supervised at all times.
