A superb barn conversion,situated amidst a small group of similar properties, and just five minutes walk from the famous open air Minack Theatre. Porthcurno village, and the beautiful sandy beach with it's unique turquoise sea, are approximately ten minutes steep walk away; there is a large car park next to the beach. This is a beautiful area for walking, with various picturesque coves and magnificent cliff top scenery. Land's End is just a short drive away, the market town of Penzance is approximately nine miles distant. Although only converted in recent years, the property has recently been upgraded, fully double glazed and now offers excellent, split level accommodation, which is quite spacious and in first class order throughout. A great deal of care and imagination has been given to the co-ordination of decor, furnishings and equipment, and there are attractive prints displayed throughout the property, which, together with many of the books provided, reflect a theme of the Cornish coastline. This lovely property is complimented by the provision of a large games room, and a delightful garden. There is partial night store heating, thermostatically and timer controlled heaters in the bedrooms, and some sea views.
