The recent conversion of the roof space into a fabulous “penthouse style” bedroom and balcony (completed in Spring 2012) together with a large conservatory means that you can enjoy every aspect of the Cornish season from a sublime spring sunset, to a balmy summer breeze or an unseasonal autumn gale screeching in over Land’s End. Whether you are taking your breakfast on the private wooden deck in the summer sunshine or relaxing, warm and cosy by the wood burner, you are always guaranteed an ever changing canvas from this remarkable view, 24 hours a day! Just up from the property is a footpath and a five minute walk will bring you into the very heart of this enchanting cove. There is a wide variety of restaurants and cafes in the cove to suit all tastes and budgets ranging from a fish and chip shop, a good café, The Old Success pub and The Beach restaurant. The village shop is open all hours and stocks a wide variety of essentials. Access to the famous South West Coastal Path is a stone’s throw from Seagull’s where you can amble along the magnificent cliff tops to the iconic attraction of Land’s End with its various amenities and spectacular firework displays in the summer months. The recently renovated Land’s End Hotel stands majestically on this most westerly point and is perfect for that long overdue pint! Seagulls is a unique and first class holiday property which you will return to year after year, but be warned! - You will need to book early!
