Stripped wood floors, TV with freeview channels, DVD player, deep leather sofas from which to admire that spectacular view!, shabby chic, Oak topped dining table and chairs. Three steps up to mezzanine floor with additional sliding glazed door leading to secondary raised decking area. Fully fitted kitchen with family size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, ceramic hob, electric oven, grill, microwave. Hall leading from lounge to Bedroom One: Super King Size bed currently split into twins (super king linen available) sea views. Bathroom: Bath, large shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom Two: Super King Size bed, en suite shower room with WC, hand basin and views over the Atlantic and western Approaches!

  Outside: Decking area with quality garden furniture, communal gardens. Private parking for two cars (one on the top of the hill). Shops, pub, restaurants and beaches are but a short stroll which can be accessed down the path to the front of the property (a little longer to come back up!).

  Please note: Guests are kindly asked to refrain from smoking inside the property and unfortunately, pets are not accepted. Due to the location of this property and the steep access steps, it is not suitable for the elderly, or those suffering with mobility problems. Young children must be supervised at all times on the balcony.
