  Located in the tiny hamlet of Rosudgeon and backing onto the Penzance to Helston road, the barn overlooks rural bluebell fields (in season) and benefits from a lovely patio area complete with that fabulous hot tub, summerhouse, lawned play area and brick built BBQ - ideal for those al fresco dining days! The barn dates back over 150 years and was formerly used as a stable and cow shed! Now completely renovated, it has been transformed into a genuinely charming and very appealing holiday home. Decorated throughout in white and with chocolate and cream furnishings, the property has every creature comfort including under floor heating and free WiFi access.

  Bluebell Barn is ideally situated between two of the best beaches in West Cornwall ,Perran Sands at Perranuthnoe and Praa Sands. Both beaches are but a short drive and offer a multitude of water based activities, safe bathing and catering facilities. The local pub, The Falmouth Packet serves very good pub food and a wide range of Cornish Ales or you may wish to try the award winning Victoria Inn at Perranuthnoe which is only five minutes by car.

Ceramic floor tiles with under floor heating. Chocolate brown leather sofas, solid wood dining table and chairs, flat screen television and DVD player. Double doors opening onto the patio. Passageway leading to Bedroom One: Bunk beds (3ft) with additional furniture and views over the patio, hot tub and garden area. Bedroom Two: Double bed with wall mounted television, additional furniture and views over the rear patio, hot tub and garden. Family shower room with large cubicle and thermostatic shower, hand basin with contemporary vanity unit, WC and wall mounted heated towel rail.
