Over 120 beautiful properties to choose from
November might be something of a nothing month for some, but in west Cornwall it’s chock with events – especially those of a foodie nature.
Autumn Supper Clubs at The Exchange Café merge art with a fabulous belly fill as visitors get the chance to feast their eyes on the current exhibitions before sitting down for a lip-smacking three-course menu during a fabulous communal dining experience. Japanese food from Naoko’s Kitchen (17th November) will be followed by Punk Thai (29th November) as they rip up the rule-book “and draw inspiration from a variety of Asian styles and flavours creating dishes with a disregard for tradition,” explains founder, Amy Nixon.
Anyone wishing to get outdoors and dirty their hands before tucking in should get in touch with Fat Hen Wild Cookery School, whose Forage, Cook & Feast Day (9th November) and Game Cookery (17th November) course will delight all the senses in ultra memorable style.
Then there’s the first-ever Vegan Supper (23rd November) at The Old Coastguard in Penzance, in celebration of #WorldVeganMonth this November. Considering seasonality, flavour and food provenance, expect a delicious dinner-party that looks set to be as intimate as it is thought- (and taste) provoking.<< Back to articles
