Head to East Pool Mine for The Chimney Walk on 14th September, or visit for free during Heritage Open Day on 15th. Families will delight in Henry’s Little Big Gig (21st-23rd September) on The Lizard, where live music is flanked by an ale festival and various activities and workshops such as yoga, drumming, arts, pottery, thatching and wildlife walks.
St Ives September Festival runs from 8th-22nd September, presenting a plethora of things to see and do, from live music and free exhibitions to artists’ open studios as visitors are treated to an eclectic mix of entertainment from the famously scenic seaside town.
The Minack doesn’t just offer up some of west Cornwall’s most soul stirring views, but presents Third Light (10th-14th September), comprising immersive theatre, live brass band and contemporary dance; classic musical, The Pirates of Penzance (17th-21st September); and Chicago (24th-28th September): the ultimate jazz production to end the season in show-stopping style.
