Don’t miss one of Cornwall’s most creative cultural events that can be enjoyed at a number of locations across the county from 10th-19th November, alongside a year long itinerary of fantastic film-related events.
This year’s theme is Discovery, and will be explored in a number of truly fascinating ways through a ‘visual, theoretical and practical exploration of ideas through film culture’, meaning that visitors and participants can expect an eclectic and lively schedule of events from master classes and speakers to Q&A sessions, lectures, parties, pop-up cinemas and international film programme.
You don’t have to only head to Falmouth where the bulk of the action will be happening, courtesy of the special film club programme, C-Fylm: a fully supported and funded enterprise with west Cornwall clubs at Townshend Village Hall in Crowan and Troon Church Hall in Troon, near Camborne.
What’s more, screenings of the festival’s feature films such as The Party, Wilderness and God’s Own Country will occur at multiple locations including the ever-fabulous, Newlyn Filmhouse.
