Recently refurbished to a very comfortable standard, The Cottage has reverse level accommodation with an open plan living area and a small balcony to the side of the property which is perfect for that early morning cup of coffee in the sunshine or a chilled glass of wine as the sun sets over West Penwith. The Cottage also benefits from an enclosed garden and private parking for several cars and as this property is pet friendly, there are numerous bridal paths to the rear of the property from which to access the acres of public fields and woods.
